Engagement scope

The scope, fees, responsibilities, timelines, assumptions, and deliverables for paid work will be stated in a separate proposal or engagement letter.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee regulatory approval, business performance, financing, supplier terms, property availability, acquisition completion, or investment returns.

Client responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, making final decisions, obtaining independent professional advice where needed, and complying with applicable requirements.
